Major Responsibilities:
- Essential functions/duties:
- Bi-annual budget development: revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses
- As a focal point of FCPA HDD pricing, monitors and validates the prices negotiated with the customer through sales organization, updates the price matrix, and maintains a hard copy file of the approved prices for audit purposes.
- Maintains the Oracle Price List and Warranty Data Base for HDD Global OEM and Disty.
- Performs detailed industry market share and trend analysis for Enterprise and Mobile Product line on a weekly basis.
- Provides analysis of Gross Margin, Explanation of Variances between Budget & Actual Units and Revenue on a monthly basis.
- Prepares a monthly summary of NOEM and Distribution business including P&L gross margin analysis, highlighting key points for management.
- Take initiative to establish RMA credit price for OEM customers.
- Provide the analysis of the forecast vs actual market/sales price and Transfer price to secure FCPA Gross Margin.

This position is needed to track our quality levels at our customers to assure we are meeting our reliability goals.

Job Description:
This individual will have two primary responsibilities:
- Increase awareness of Fujitsu Service within the VAR channel
- Manage the distribution(s) assigned to them that Fujitsu is already working with to promote the service offered.
Major functions:
This individual will be working with the VARs in the assigned territory to increase their Service Sales revenue. This relationship will entail on-going visits of the resellers - educating them about our programs and the value they have for their organizations, participating in their conferences, workshops and events, supporting their efforts in growing their account base and service business. This will include visits in conjunction with the pertaining POS representatives or on his/her own. Because the VAR channel is varied and comprised of different types of organizations, the appropriate individual should have a good understanding of the channel and their business priorities. Presentation skills are also important. The ability to intake information and communicate it back as it pertains to the audience is important.
Attending tradeshows both nationally (when necessary) and locally within the designated region where Fujitsu Service will be represented. Follow-up with the VARs in the region after visits - updating them on changes/additions made in our offerings. Cold calling potential VAR leads generated through various sources.
Managing the assigned distributors entails participating in the activities/events that have been approved mutually between Fujitsu and the distributor to grow service sales through distribution. Attending QBRs relating to the distributor; on going coaching of distribution representatives (lunch and learns, visits, promotions) to sell more effectively; and answering their questions regarding contact offerings.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Great communicator, comfortable with selling values vs. a tangible, people-friendly, comes from either a service, hardware or software background - preferably in imaging.

Technical Support Engineer must have strong background in Biometric industry, become familiar with Fujitsu's biometric product, and bring expertise on biometric solutions.
Essential functions/duties:
- Gathering technical trends from the marketplace and provides technical requirements to our product development and business development groups.
- Establish and maintain primary technical contact with strategic partners.
- Support sales calls, prepare and deliver technical presentations for partner/customer meetings
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and sales meetings to assist in answering questions about our products and technologies. This includes giving presentations, facilitating Q&A sessions, and giving product demonstrations.
