Paired with your scanner, DYMO™ File software is an easy way to turn your important paper documents into digital files such as PDFs or Word files. The user specifies information about the document, then DYMO™ File prints a unique barcode for the document. Documents with barcodes are loaded into the document feeder of the scanner in one stack and DYMO™ File automatically files documents into the user’s PC - as they are scanned - by reading each document’s barcode. No more scanning one document at a time – DYMO File is ‘the smarter way from paper to digital’.
